1. Patient Rights
The clinic collects only minimum necessary personal information at the time of registration. There are required and optional items, and service use is not restricted even if optional items such as email subscription are not agreed to.
- Medical information items: Name, resident registration number, address, contact, medical records - Supplementary service items: Name, address, contact (phone, mobile), email
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Collected personal information is used only for stated purposes. Prior consent is required for any change in purpose.
- Medical information: Diagnostic/treatment services and administrative services including billing/refunds - Supplementary services: Medical information, academic information, hospital information guidance
3. Retention and Destruction
The clinic retains information per medical law requirements, then destroys it without delay after the retention period.
- Retention period: Medical records 10 years - Supplementary service info: Destroyed with patient info or upon request - Destruction procedure: Immediate destruction after legal retention period - Destruction method: Electronic files deleted using non-recoverable technical methods; printed materials shredded or incinerated

4. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives
Minors under 14 require parental consent. Users or legal representatives may exercise their rights via internet, phone, or written communication, and the clinic acts without delay.
※ Information legally required to be retained cannot be modified or deleted during the retention period.
5. Consent Withdrawal / Membership Withdrawal
Users may withdraw consent at any time by submitting a withdrawal application or contacting the protection officer via written communication, phone, or fax.
6. Third-Party Provision
The clinic submits medical records to the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service for benefit claim submission pursuant to the National Health Insurance Act.

8. Security Measures
The clinic operates firewalls and security equipment. Administratively, access procedures are established, personnel handling information are minimized, regular security training is conducted, and system user passwords are periodically updated.
9. Policy Change Notification
